Terms & Conditions – eChannelling Cashback Campaign

Campaign Period

This campaign is valid from 1st May to 31st October. (6 Months)

Eligibility

The offer is valid for all registered users of the LB CIM App.

Cashback will be applicable only for eChannelling doctor bookings made via the app.

Cashback Offer

Users are eligible to receive Rs. 300 cashback per successful eChannelling booking.

Each user can receive cashback for 3 bookings during the campaign period.

The maximum total cashback per user is Rs. 900.

Qualifying Transactions

Cashback will be awarded only for successful and completed doctor channeling bookings.

Cashback Crediting

Cashback will be credited to the user’s CIM wallet after a successful transaction.

Usage Limitation

The offer is valid only for the first 3 eChannelling transactions per user during the campaign period.

Any additional bookings beyond the first 3 will not be eligible for cashback.

General Conditions

Any fraudulent or suspicious activity may result in disqualification from the campaign.
